Tri-City Equipment Rental was established in Freeland, Michigan and focused mainly on high-volume, Diesel-powered Air Compressors and sand blasting equipment for about 60 years. The latest owners acquired the business in 2008 and have since moved to a more convenient location along US-10 in Auburn and expanded into a broader range of equipment. We now provide Rental, Sales, and Service of equipment from top brands in industries such as lawn care, forestry, construction, demolition, restoration, and surface preparation. Our Equipment can be seen on projects throughout Michigan from bridge, dam, and water tower restoration, to backyard and home DIY projects.

We have a huge selection of Air Compressors from 7 h.p. up to 1600 cfm. We have Rental Equipment for Soda Blasting, Vapor Blasting (Dustless, Wetblasting) small touch up blaster, Pipe Blasting, Small portable units up to 5 ton Blasters. We stock Aftercooler units for Air Compressors, Hose, Helmets, Nozzles and Lenses for all type Sand Blasting Hoods. Our staff has a combined 40 years experience working with Sand Blasting and all related Equipment.
